Lembramos que em não havendo nova norma coletiva, a Justiça do Trabalho vem prorrogando automaticamente as Convenções Coletivas de Trabalho anteriormente firmadas pelas entidades sindicais interessadas, com base na atual redação da Súmula nº 277 do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (TST) e que trata da ultratividade das normas coletivas.
Assim sendo, as cláusulas sociais constantes da Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho 2015/2016, celebrada pelo SINDILOJAS e disponibilizada no site da entidade (www.sindilojascampinas.com.br) permanecem em vigor, cabendo às lojas de rua ou estabelecidas em Shopping Centers interessadas em manter o trabalho de seus empregados no feriado de 07 de setembro de 2016, a observância dos preceitos relativos ao trabalho em feriados contidos nas citadas convenções, assim é indispensável o protocolo do “TERMO DE ADESÃO PARA TRABALHO NOS FERIADOS” que está disponível em nosso site.
