Estiveram presentes membros do Conecs dos estados de, Minas Gerais, Distrito Federal, São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás  e Rio de Janeiro, e vários lojistas da cidade de Campinas. A abertura da reunião foi realizada pelo vice-presidente do Sindilojas Campinas, sr. Carlos Augusto Gobbo, que apresentou a entidade que é formado por 12 presidentes de Sindilojas e sua atuação perante a Câmara dos Deputados em Brasilia. Na ocasião foi realizada apresentação do Cenário Político Institucional pelo senhor Marcelo Moraes, presidente da Dominium Consultoria, Seguida pelo  superintendente da Aloshopping de Belo Horizonte, senhor Alexandre França que apresentou a Associação que também foi constituída em 2004 para atender as demandas do segmento, e apresentou temas de relevante interesse dos lojistas de shopping, Ainda, foram apresentados pela Srta Cinara Machado os principais projetos de interesse direto do Conecs em tramitação no Congresso Nacional, por meio da Dominium Consultoria o Conecs acompanha e atua para melhorar a relação lojista x empreendedor de shopping e a legislação que regulamenta o setor Aproveitamos ainda, para destacar o projeto do Novo Código Comercial, que consta Capítulo específico de Shopping Center, sendo este extremamente prejudicial aos Lojistas.
