O Sindicato dos Lojistas de Campinas e Regiao (Sindilojas Campinas) realizou nesta terça-feira (14/11) o workshop sobre Reforma Trabalhista, com o advogado Dr. Fabio Aguiar, especialista em Processo do Trabalho. Dr. Fabio apresentou as principais mudanças que acompanham a reforma trabalhista, que entrou em vigo no dia 11 de novembro, entre elas a jornada de trabalho, intervalos, férias parceladas, banco de horas, rescisão contratual, negociação coletivas e outros pontos que vieram com as alterações da CLT. Para o advogado, um dos avanços da nova Lei está nas relações de trabalho, o que – para a empresa – pode significar aumento da competitividade. “Relações mais modernas e com foco na atividade de cada empresa deverão ter a atuação importante das entidades sindicais patronais na defesa e na representação do direito coletivo, para que cada problema inerente ao setor tenha solução, a fim de que se tenham as melhores condições para o bom funcionamento do comércio”, diz.
